We built SpeechMinutes as a purely client-side tool (JavaScript running in your browser). This means that any text, script, or speech you paste into our tool is never sent to our servers. We do not record, store, transmit, or share your typed content. Once you close the tab, your data vanishes completely.

2. Local Storage & Theme Preferences

We use your browser's "Local Storage" strictly to save your preferred theme setting (Light Mode vs. Dark Mode). This ensures that when you return to SpeechMinutes, the site looks exactly how you left it. We do not use cookies to track your personal identity across the internet.

3. Third-Party Analytics

To understand how many people visit our tool and ensure it's functioning well, we may use standard analytics tools (like Google Analytics). These tools collect non-personally identifiable information, such as your general geographic region, browser type, and time spent on the page. They do not have access to the scripts you paste.
