The Problem We Wanted to Solve

As creators and communicators ourselves, we were constantly frustrated by the "guessing game" of speech timing. We would write a script for a 5-minute YouTube video, only to record it and find out it was 8 minutes long. Or we would prepare a podcast ad-read that was supposed to be 60 seconds, but we ended up rambling for two minutes.

Manual word counting and guessing math takes time away from actual creative work. Furthermore, we realized that practicing without a teleprompter often ruined our pacing and cadence.
